About the Event
This is a crawfish cook-off where teams will be judged on taste (spice/flavor) ease of peel and appearence.
What we will provide: 1-2 sacks of crawfish, 48 ears of corn, 2, 3lb bags of potatoes
What you will need: Tables, Chairs, Tents, Pots, Seasonings and your special whatever you use, Any other side, mushrooms, onions, garlic etc....
Beer is BYOB and approved for our event
Anything else you think you might need to use to boil the winning platter!
Crawfish Cook-Off Team Entry
The team entry fee includes 1 sack of crawfish for the competition. Additional sacks can be purchased for teams to cook and eat for themselves. Crawfish plates will be sold to the general public from the crawfish cooked by the competition teams.$120.00
