About the Event
This 5k is our longest running event honoring SSG Scott Burgess. We begin the race with a brief memorial ceremony that features playing of our National Anthem, Taps and posting of the colors. Scott's sister-in-law, our president and founder, Emily Tucker addresses the crowd with stories about Scott and remembering his sacrifice.
