Crawfish Cook-Off Information
The entry fee includes:

1 sack of crawfish (must bring your own corn, potatoes, etc.)

Water stations for rinsing and purging crawfish

4 festival wristbands,
-
2 coolers
-
Additional wristbands for family/friends will be required to be purchased prior to entry.

Additional sacks of crawfish can be purchased for $125 a sack, by pre-order for the team to consume.
Rules

Crawfish teams can begin setting up when gates open @7am (contact us about setting up the night before)

You must keep a clean area to uphold health department standards

Turn in “Full container” for “Judging” (we will provide a container to turn in crawfish)

Keep music respectable

CLEAN YOUR AREA BEFORE DEPARTURE PLEASE

Automatic disqualification: CHEATING (((((DO NOT WALK TO JUDGES TABLE)))))

Crawfish Judging Tickets will be handed to the head cook, and 1 or 2 runners will come to get your container to be judged.

Once judging starts, judges will not leave or be seen by cookers.

The highest score is 50 points
